Patrick Chismarick is the Designated Managing Broker of Chismarick Realty, LLC, serving clients in the buying, selling, leasing, and renting of all real estate property types. Patrick has been surrounded by, raised in, and worked for his family's businesses his entire life. Patrick is also the property and operations manager at Town & Country Apartments, another local, family-owned business in Streator, IL. Patrick is honored and proud to continue his family's businesses in the Streator and surrounding area's communities, using the knowledge, passion, determination, integrity, honesty, and ethics passed down from and through the 3 generations before him.
